• Free Registration: Enter Your mobile number which you want to register then enter the OTP and click on login and magic starts.
• Select accordingly :
• If you are a "Doctor" select "Doctor".
• If you are a "Patient" select "Patient".

• Select the patient and start the video / audio call with chat and file transfer integrated facility.
• After the consultation doctor can send E-prescription to their patient on SMS and as
notification on patient app.
• Doctors can maintain their account on the app itself.
• No upfront charges - no yearly charges, Just use "Pay as you go" plan.

• Patient can cancel their appointment 30 minutes before there "Booked time" and can get the full refund of their payment.
• Below are the steps how patient can book the appointment.
• Patient can see the "Search doctor" option where they can search the doctor by their
full name or select from the preferred doctors list.
• Select the appointment slot from the list.
• After selecting the date and time the appointment will be confirmed and patient will
see 2 options 1) "On site consultation" 2)"Video consultation"
• The patients who wants to book the appointment from their home and want to consult doctor at hospital have to select "On site consultation"
• The patient who dont want to go to hospital and they want their doctor to consult them on video call have to select "Video consultation"
• After selecting the consultation option as per the choice, the app will take you to the
payment page.
• The charges for "Onsite consultation" and "Video consultation" will be mentioned on
the page.
• Click on the "I agree" and click on "Pay" and it will take you to the final payment page
where you can select the payment method as per your convenience.
• The doctor will call you on your booked time.
